PLEASE READ REGARDING COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY:

With COVID- 19 restrictions every hour we book clients for is valuable to us. Cancelling and rescheduling appointments greatly affect our business. Unfortunately, as a small business who has been truly impacted this year by COVID, we must remain firm about these policies.  Thanks for your understanding during these difficult times. Please read below before your appointment or if you have any questions regarding your cancellation charge.

 

BOOKING POLICY:
A credit card must be on file to hold all appointments, however, you may pay as you please upon arrival. We strongly suggest pre-booking any fills after your service before leaving the spa to ensure you are able to get an appointment at the time and date needed so that you avoid any additional fees for retention loss/grown out lashes. A card on file is required to hold your appointment in case of cancellation, no show or rescheduling with less than 24 hour notice. By entering and agreeing to The Lash Lounge CNY's agreement and squares privacy policy. These charges are NON REFUNDABLE.

 

LATE POLICY:
If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 10 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price plus a late fee of $10. If you are more than 10 minutes late we unfortunately will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged the no show/ cancellation fee. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Here at The Lash Lounge CNY we understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service provider. Please understand we are holding time for you, and with such short notice we are unlikely able to fill that slot for another client. In the event 24 hours notice is not given we reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee to the credit card on file. This includes all COVID-19 cancellations.

NO SHOW POLICY:
We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.

CHILDREN POLICY:
Please, no children in the treatment rooms. Eyelash extensions take a lot of concentration and we ask that there are no distractions in the room.

Lash Fill Policies:
If more than 40% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes. This is based on the lash techs judgement. Please book a full set if you are unsure whether or not you are considered a fill or full set and our lash tech will be happy to see what percentage you are at and make the call from there. 

 

COVID POLICY:  If you are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or have prior to your appointment, have a low-grade fever, have been traveling or if you have been exposed, we respectfully require that you move your appointment to at least 14 days after you have been symptom-free. Please bring minimal personal items to the Spa. We encourage you to leave your bags/personal items in your car.
